It's no secret some of my small guilty pleasures include watching mtv. It's mind nunbing the types of show they fund and that people watch. One of the shows that i will watch if i'm completely bored and there's nothing else on tv is Jersey Shore. Of all the girls on the cast, J-Wow stands out the most to me. I guess it's the curves that most artist dream about drawing, painting, or sketching. Given how nasty of a habit smoking is, i thought would be nice to sketch it in warm colors.
this blog consists of artwork and thoughts all rolled up into one. I normally don't have a chance to give people insight in to what the purpose was for creating what i make. Plus it's also a way for me to share my thoughts and ideas with others.

Black and Blue
As an artist self studies are important. They allow you to do something that you don't even rarely notice yours doing when you draw. By the colors and style in which you draw you can tell a lot about the artists emotional state. It's no mystery that i've been a little down as of lately. Money worries compounded with unhappiness at work has left me depressed to say the least. I haven't been my normal jumping up for joy and running around joking self. I have flashes of happiness but they are just that. So i took a pic last week that i wanted to stretch and elongate to show my state. Between our morning manager meeting and closing i drew this at Panera.
